FITNESS PROGRAMMING is available through certified fitness instructors in the District. Current programming includes:  
Sweat Fitness Classes   . . . Classes starting April 10th.

BABY STEPS . . . A HEALTHY BABY PROGRAM offers social support and informal learning opportunities to promote healthy child development.  Expectant mothers, new parents and babies (as well as siblings) are welcome.  The program is held from 10 am - 12 pm @ Treherne Community Centre - Kin Room.  For further information contact the facilitator, Monique VanDenBussche at 204-526-2505.

STEP 2 PARENT-CHILD GROUP for parents/guardians and their children ages 0-5. Activities, songs, rhymes, stories, snacks, parent information. Held twice a month from 10:00 am - 11:30 am at Treherne Community Centre - Kin Room. For further information contact the facilitator, Holly Mahon at hmahon@live.ca.

Guest Speaker: Dr. Alyssa Morrison, DC as our guest speaker on how Chiropractor services can help mothers throughout pregnancy, and help solve many issues that arise with infants, and children.

Child & Youth Subsidy Programs:
Because kids matter! . . . Child & Family Services of Central Manitoba Foundation offers the "Chance 2 Grow" program. "Chance 2 Grow" funds a wide variety of recreational and educational opportunities for children from music lessons, art and dance classes, to gymnastics, swimming, and figure skating. Includes hockey registration in our southern region.
