RED CROSS BABYSITTING COURSE - Friday, October 22nd

STEPPIN UP WITH CONFIDENCE – Video Classes 1 to 4 - Prairie Mountain Health 


FITNESS PROGRAMMING is available through certified fitness instructors in the District.

BABY STEPS . . . A HEALTHY BABY PROGRAM offers social support and informal learning opportunities to promote healthy child development.  Expectant mothers, new parents and babies (as well as siblings) are welcome.  The program is held from 10 am - 12 pm @ Treherne Community Centre - Kin Room.  For further information contact the facilitator, Monique VanDenBussche at mvandenbussche@pmh-mb.ca
In-person sessions currently suspended - contact Monique to join the virtual program.

STEP 2 PARENT-CHILD GROUP for parents/guardians and their children ages 0-5. Activities, songs, rhymes, stories, snacks, parent information. 
Upcoming Dates: 
As of October, 2021, virtual sessions will resume. Virtual sessions are currently being offered for the STEP 2 Parent-Child program. Family kits containing everything needed to do the program will be prepared and delivered monthly. Advance registration for kits is a requirement. The program is offered via the Step 2 Facebook group on Thursday mornings at 10:00 am. Contact Darla for more information at darlahilhorst@gmail.com.

Child & Youth Subsidy Programs:
Because kids matter! . . . Child & Family Services of Central Manitoba Foundation offers the "Chance 2 Grow" program. "Chance 2 Grow" funds a wide variety of recreational and educational opportunities for children from music lessons, art and dance classes, to gymnastics, swimming, and figure skating. Includes hockey registration in our southern region.
