Treherne Aquatic Centre

Situated near the Cottonwood Campground, the new swimming pool was completed in 2006. The facility features several leisure amenities, including:

  • Junior Olympic (25 m) heated pool  
  • zero-depth beach-like entry 
  • integrated wading pool
  • tot slide 
  • lazy river and bubble bench  
  • mushroom sprinkler, geysers & fountains
  • diving board 
  • grassed lounge area with picnic tables 
  • shade structures
  • water slide
  • AquaClimb Wall
  • renovated change rooms (2018)
Come check out . . . Manitoba's 1st AquaClimb Wall! 
An exciting recreational and fitness component for all ages, the AquaClimb allows participants to easily swim up to the wall and begin to climb it without leaving the pool itself. It provides exercise to the upper body in a fun, challenging, and safe way. Because of its tilt over the water, climbers can safely dismount by dropping into the water below or climbing back down.

  • Lifesaving Society Swimming Lessons: Swim Level Chart Which level should I register for?
  • Lifesaving Society Leadership Courses
  • School Swimming Lessons
  • Public Swim & Splash Parties 
  • Fitness Swim - Aqua Fit Classes 
  • Rentals (i.e. birthday parties, reunions, group wind-ups, etc.) 
  • Tiger Sharks Swim Club (Youth, select for more information)

Before completing your form please read: 

  • Each child must have a separate form completed in full to ensure efficient registration and for tax receipt purposes. 
  • Payment is due immediately upon registration. E-transfers must use the password pool21
  • Please state your child(ren's) names in the subject of e-transfer to help with tracking. 
  • Please take a moment to review your form for accuracy before submitting.

Cottonwood Campground Reservations open May 1st and can be booked online at www.trehernecamping.com

 

Weather permitting, the pool is open seven days a week from June till the end of August/early September.
